KEY WEST, Fla. (AP) – A Key West tattoo artist fell short Friday of breaking a world record for most tattoos in a 24-hour period.
John Paul Bertrand finished 371 tattoos but needed 416 to break the record held by Oliver Peck of Dallas. Peck completed 415 tattoos.
